A meeting card should work at a glance and after a scan. Use the visible name and role for recognition, and the Contact fields for the vCard someone can choose to save.
Scan a proof on the phones your contacts use. Check the imported number, email and website; the visible card wording does not change those encoded fields.
This layout exports at 90 × 51 mm in PDF. PNG and SVG include the surrounding design. PDF embeds high-resolution raster artwork; it is not a fully vector PDF.
